Grievance Redressal System
A platform has been provided to the citizens of Maharashtra to redress their grievances. Citizens can file their grievances at the appropriate office. After submitting the grievance, a token number will be received. With the help of this token number, the status of the grievance can be tracked. The grievance will be resolved by the competent authority within a period of 21 working days. Citizens can give feedback as “”Satisfied”” / “”Dissatisfied”” for the quality of resolution of the grievance received. If the citizen is dissatisfied, he can transfer his grievance to a higher authority.
